Inviting Other Users

For the business fleet users of Chargemetrix you can invite colleagues to join the organisation you have set up. 

Navigate to the 'Organisation' settings in the Chargemetrix platform, as show below. 

From here you are able to add members to your organisation. 

Simple type in the email addresses of the members you want to invite to your organisation and select 'Add Member'. They will receive an email to create an account with Chargemetrix. 

After creating a Chargemetrix account and verifying their email address, they will gain access to the platform.

In the Organisation settings, you can grant added members access rights, allowing them to either read and edit information on the account or have read-only access.

Within the Chargemetrix mobile app you are able to add and view members in the same way. 

Simply navigate to the 'Settings' tab within the app and select the 'Organisation' button in the top-right hand side.
