User Account Settings Page

Within the navigation bar on the Chargemetrix platform under 'Settings' there is the User Account section. This is highlighted in the below screenshot.

Here you can find all the settings for your user account and billing information. 

Please see our article on 'Your Billing Account' for more information on the billing section of this page. 

From the 'User Settings' section you can edit your first name and last name, as well as update the email address associated with your account. 

You'll also find a toggle button for your account, allowing you to easily enable or disable email notifications for your connected assets.

Additionally, you can adjust your timezone settings from this section.

By default, Chargemetrix sets the timezone to GMT +0.00 UTC (ETC/GMT).

However, if needed, you can select a different timezone by clicking the arrows to reveal a drop-down list and choosing the one that best suits your requirements. This feature is shown below.

To access the User Account on the mobile app, simply navigate to the tab navigation at the bottom of the screen and select the 'Settings' tab.

In the app, you have the option to toggle your push notifications on or off, as well as your email notifications.

However, please note that billing details are not accessible within the app. You'll need to access the platform through a web browser to view this information.
