I'm having issues logging into my Billing Portal.

The billing portal is handled by a 3rd party supplier to ensure all your billing and payment methods are held securely. 

Within the User Account settings page within the Chargemetrix platform you will find access to the link to your billing portal. This will redirect you to log in to the billing portal. 

The access to the billing portal is only available via the web browser interface and not on the mobile app.

Use the same email address you use for the Chargemetrix platform and you will be sent a One-Time Password (OTP) to your email address to log into your account. 

Please make sure to check all your email folders including Spam/Junk to make sure that you have received your OTP.

Once you have entered this OTP you will have access to check billing and change any payment methods.
