Upon selecting the 'Map View' in the navigation bar within the Chargemetrix platform, either through the web browser or mobile app, you will be taken to the following view. This view is only enabled if the Chargemetrix devices purchased included the GPS antenna.
The map will automatically center on where all the connected devices are located. From here you are able to zoom in and out to see the global view of your fleet or single asset.
If you have a static location for your asset you can pick a location for it within the device settings. Please see our article on 'Device Settings' which will outline how you can do this.
You are able to shift between map and satellite view by selecting between these buttons at the top right hand side of the screen.
By clicking the 'Center Map' button located at the top right-hand corner of the screen, users can easily recenter the map to focus on the current location of the fleet.
From the map, users can select any device icon to directly access the asset details associated with it, as demonstrated below.
By selecting the 'Go To Device' button you will be taken straight to the device dashboard to review all of this data in more detail.
