Navigating the Notifications Dashboard

Modified on Wed, 27 Mar at 9:17 AM

Our Notifications dashboard can be accessed through the navigation bar on the Chargemetrix platform.

From here you can view all the notifications for all your connected fleet of devices. Along the top of the dashboard you can see a bar graph which tracks the number of notifications by type across the fleet and across a time period selected.

By hovering the cursor over this chart you are able to see the exact values for each, as shown below.

The date range for this dashboard is automatically set for the last week, however a custom date range up to 30 days worth of history can be selected on this dashboard to view for all notifications. This is shown in the following image below.

Remember to click on the 'Set Date Range' button to save your date selection.

The list of notifications can also be searched for a certain device or filtered for certain types of notifications using the drop-down list.

On the left hand side of the notifications dashboard you can find a list which sorts all the devices by which ones have triggered the most amount of notifications in the selected timeframe.

By clicking on any of these device names on this list you will be re-directed straight to the corresponding device dashboard.

Check out our article on 'Navigating the Device Dashboard' for more information.

Within the Chargemetrix mobile app, the notifications dashboard can be accessed through selecting the 'Alerts' tab within the navigation bar.

Here, you can search for devices, define date ranges, and filter notification types, similar to the features available in the web browser version of the platform.

To access notification information on trends, simply click on the 'i' icon located in the top right corner of the screen, as highlighted in the screenshot above.
