Creating Your Account

After purchasing Chargemetrix, we recommend that you set up your account on our cloud platform ahead of your device's delivery. 

This step is designed to ensure you're prepared to seamlessly integrate your device into your account and have all the necessary information updated in advance, facilitating a smooth transition.

To create your account simply follow these steps:

  • Head to our cloud platform at
  • Then simply click on the 'Sign up Now' button, as highlighted below. 

  • You will then need to select whether you are a Business Fleet User or an Individual User, as shown below. 

  • Upon selecting which account suits your needs you will then be taken to fill out the following form to create your account.

  • Should you have selected the wrong type of account you can click on the 'Change signup type' to revert back to the previous screen. It is important that you select the correct type of account as this cannot be changed once it has been created.
  • Once you have filled out your details on this signup form and clicked 'Create Account', your Chargemetrix account will be created.

Following your registration, you can expect to receive an email from our team prompting you to verify your email address. This verification step is necessary to grant you access to the platform. 

Once your email address is verified, you'll gain full access to your account, enabling you to add any of our devices and begin utilising Chargemetrix to its fullest extent.
