Your Billing Account

To access your billing account for Chargemetrix, log into your account on the cloud platform, and then click on the 'User Account' button located in the navigation bar. 


Please note that your billing account cannot be accessed through the app. It must be viewed via the web platform.


You will then be directed to the following settings page, where your billing details will be displayed on the right-hand side, as highlighted below.

 


The form here can be used to add who should receive the billing and subscription related emails and/or invoices. Simply fill in the form with the correct details and make sure to click on the 'Save Billing Details' button to save the information.


If there are multiple email addresses or contacts that should receive these emails, you can add them using the 'Additional Contacts' form at the bottom of the screen. 

Enter the name and email address into the respective text boxes, then click 'Add New Contact' to include them in the recipient list.


To change a payment method or view invoices, click on the 'Launch Billing Portal' button at the top of the screen. This is highlighted in the below screenshot. 

You will then be redirected to our secure third-party provider's portal.




On clicking this button you will be greeted with the following pop-out message. 


To continue, simply click on the 'Continue to Billing Portal' button and another tab should open in your browser to redirect you to the portal login screen.



To log in, you will need to enter the same email address that you use for the Chargemetrix platform. From here you will be prompted to enter a One Time Password (OTP) which will be delivered to your email address. 


Please make sure to also check your spam/junk folder in your emails


Once you have entered this information, you will be able to access the portal to change your payment method and view any invoices.
