To ensure uninterrupted access to the Chargemetrix cloud platform, we offer rolling subscriptions for your connected devices. These subscriptions cover the costs associated with managing and storing data, as well as providing support for our cloud software.
Monthly subscriptions are charged on the 1st of each month at midnight for the upcoming month.
If you sign up for a Chargemetrix device on a date other than the 1st of the month, your first payment will be slightly higher to cover the days used in the current month and the next month's fees.
For example, if you sign up on the 15th of the month, you won't be charged until the 1st of the following month, along with that month's fees.
Your monthly subscription will be £4/month/per device going forward.
Yearly subscriptions are paid upfront on the 1st of the month. Prior to the renewal date, we'll send you a reminder email about your plan.
A valid card (debit or credit card) must be linked to your account to ensure that there are no disruptions to your service.
For business accounts with more than 20 devices, direct debit is required.
If payment issues arise and we don't receive payment by the 14th of the month, your service will be suspended. To resume service, a valid card must be provided for payment processing.
Failure to make payments by the end of the month will result in service and device termination. To reinstate service after termination, a £50 charge is required upfront to re-establish your service with our device and service provider.
You can cancel your account at any time by contacting us via the support tickets or support email which is support@chargemetrix.com.
See our article on 'How to Raise a Support Ticket' to learn how to raise a ticket if you are unsure how to do so.
Please allow 7 days for the team to close your account.
For any further inquiries regarding device subscriptions, please reach out to our team via support tickets or email.
