If you have forgotten your password or need to reset it for any reason you can do so on our login page for the Chargemetrix platform at chargemetrix.app/login.
Click on the'Forgot Password?' link highlighted above and you will be redirected to the following page.
Enter the email address associated with your account and click on the 'Reset Password' button.
You will then receive an email from us to reset your password. Follow the instructions here and you can create a new password for your account.
